We do not let to more than three sharers / individuals.

LANDLORDS

The Landlord agrees to pay and/or permit the deduction of fees, without deduction or set-off, as set out below dependent on the Landlord's instruction above (all figures are exclusive of VA T).

Tenant Find 10% of gross rental income for the duration of the term subject to a Minimum Fee, whether or not the tenancy is terminated by the tenant before the end of the fixed term. Abortive fee (payable in the event that the Landlord withdraws the Property from the market) - £100.00.

Tenant Find and Rent Collection As above in respect of the Tenant Find service with additional fees of 2.5% to be charged and deducted on a monthly basis from all rents collected.

Full Management

  • Tenancy set up fee/renewal fee - £100.00
  • Standard management fee - 12% of rent due
  • Short lets (less than 6 months) - 16% of rent due
  • Short lets (less than 3 months) - 20% of rent due
  • Re-direction of mail - cost of postage
  • Overseas telephone calls - cost of telephone call
  • Duplication and testing of extra keys - £7.00 plus cost of keys
  • Administration of tax returns - £100 per annum
  • Obtaining estimates and supervision of works - 10% of cost of work
  • Issuing Notices Seeking Possession - £80.00
  • Attending Court to give evidence - £100 per visit
  • Liaising with and providing information to solicitors - £25 per call or letter
  • Early termination fee - £300.00
  • Administration Fees - on a time spent basis at £100 per hour.
